How do your dresses fit?

Our dresses are cut on a tailored European fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What if my dress doesn't fit?

You have 14 days from delivery to return for a full refund. See our Returns Policy.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days within the Czech Republic, 9–16 business days elsewhere in the EU, and 10–20 business days for the rest of the world. Full details on our Shipping page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide for a flat 200 Kč per order. As pieces are sent from our overseas fulfilment partner, please allow the delivery times above.

Product Care

How should I care for my dress?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. Most pieces require dry cleaning or gentle hand wash. Wedding and sequin gowns are dry clean only.

Will the colours match the photos exactly?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but small variations may occur due to screen differences and natural fabric lighting.

Weddings & Special Orders

Can I order a wedding gown in a different size?

Our wedding gowns are available in US sizes 2–26W. If you need a custom size, email us — we may be able to help.

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

We recommend ordering 3–4 months in advance to allow time for delivery and alterations.
