Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship worldwide for a flat rate of 200 Kč per order. Our pieces are dispatched through our overseas fulfilment partner, so please allow a little extra time for delivery. Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates are calculated after dispatch and are in addition to the 1–3 day processing time:

• Czech Republic: 7–15 business days
• Other EU countries: 9–16 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

In total, most orders arrive within approximately 2–3.5 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with carrier volumes, customs, and seasonal peaks.

Shipping cost

A flat 200 Kč shipping fee applies to all orders, calculated automatically at checkout.

Customs & import

As items are shipped from our international warehouse, occasional customs handling or import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If a piece isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in line with your EU right of withdrawal. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

How to return

1. Email hello@maisonlumera.com with your order number to start a return.
2. Return the item unworn, with all tags attached, in its original packaging.
3. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

What we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items, items without tags, or final-sale pieces.
