14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email to sebastianknight68@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not obligatory.

Returning Items

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, in which case we cover the cost. We will provide the correct return address by email once your return request is approved.

Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Goods benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (minimum 2 years in the EU). If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions

Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law (e.g. sealed hygiene items once unsealed). Any exceptions will be clearly stated.
